Her initial background as a CSR entrenched her belief that everyone deserves GREAT service. Go above and beyond what is expected. Her philosophy with benefits has been to learn about the business, its employees, and design a benefit program from that perspective.

April’s goal is to provide creative, outside the box benefits solutions. Her concern for the long term well-being of her clients & their employees helped April develop a Trusted Advisor relationship. April has continued to take a Proactive approach helping her clients navigate the ever changing landscape of Employees Benefits.

It is April’s ongoing drive to continuously provide value-added services to her clients that led April to start her Agency. April holds a New York State Property Casualty license, the NY Life Accident & Health license and the Group Benefits Disability Specialist designation.
