April is the Founder & CEO of Hartloff Benefit Solutions, LLC, a woman-owned agency based in East Aurora, NY. With over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, Medicare, and health insurance, she has built a reputation as a trusted advocate and hands-on partner for her clients.
She founded Hartloff Benefit Solutions on the belief that every client deserves personalized guidance, clear communication, and a caring approach to navigating today’s complex benefits landscape. April and her team specialize in helping businesses streamline their employee benefit programs while guiding individuals through Medicare with confidence.
April holds a New York State Property & Casualty license, a Life, Accident & Health license, and the Group Benefits Disability Specialist designation. She is an active member of the National Association of Benefit & Insurance Professionals (NABIP), NY Farm Bureau, NYS Nursery & Landscape Association, and several local chambers of commerce, including Greater East Aurora, Orchard Park, and Eden.

He has brought his goal of educating clients and helping them through the Maze of Medicare to Hartloff Benefit Solutions LLC. This has provided Hartloff Benefits with the ability to help people transition from workplace Health Insurance into Medicare.

Jackie brings over 15 years of customer service experience in the legal field and 2 years of Human Resources expertise to her role as Client Experience Specialist at Hartloff Benefit Solutions, LLC. She is also a licensed Notary Public in Cattaraugus County and is working toward becoming a licensed Life, Accident & Health Agent.
Jackie prides herself on making clients feel truly heard and understood. She believes clear, compassionate communication is the foundation of every successful client relationship.
In addition to her professional background, Jackie has been actively involved with the Arcade Lions Club, giving back to her community through service.
Fun Fact: When Jackie’s children were younger, they would tell people she “handled insurance” because they didn’t understand what an attorney did. Now that she’s at Hartloff Benefit Solutions, they can still tell the same story—and this time, they’re right!
